    Extended Float Arm for S&B Fuel Tanks – AC01

    Upgrade your S&B tank’s fuel level accuracy with this extended float arm, designed for tanks built before October 2023 to ensure proper system function.

    S&B fuel tanks manufactured before October 2023 reused the factory float arm, preventing the gauge from reading the top 10 gallons of fuel and potentially causing Sprinter fuel reading system to malfunction. The extended float arm corrects this by allowing the sending unit to track fuel levels across the tank’s full capacity. Tanks built after October 2023 include the corrected float arm; check with your installer to confirm it was installed to ensure accurate fuel readings.

Conversations with Sprinter owners on the forums alerted us to the frequency with which some people were accidentally triggering the switches on their 28-gallon auxiliary fuel tank systems. Those interactions birthed this 3D-printed retrofit solution.

    The AO Fuel Tank Dual Switch Cover’s spring-loaded door prevents the fuel pump from being accidentally kicked on when entering or exiting the vehicle. Laser-cut double-sided 3M tape backing makes the application process simple.
