About Willys Off-Road Supply Company

If you own a Willys or Jeep vehicle you probably spend a lot of time outdoors. That means that you are going to need outdoor supplies. Even if you do not own a Willys or Jeep, we sell a wide variety of hunting and camping supplies to meet your needs.

You will also need new and used parts for your Willys or Jeep. We have a wide selection of used parts and sell Crown new parts.

We have over 35 years of experience working on Willys Flatfender vehicles. My first car was a 1949 Willys Overland Jeepster, which I still have. I am currently working on 2 projects. One is a 1949 CJ3A and the other is a 1962 Wagon. The CJ3A is in the beginning stages of its rebuild. It has been stripped to bare frame, been sanded, and had rust conversion applied. I am preparing to mount the drive train before taking it all back off in order to paint the frame. The 1962 wagon is about two-thirds finished. The frame and drive train have all been rebuilt and painted. The body has been put back on. We are in the process of building the body mount points and finishing the firewall & floor replacements. It is sitting on a 1974 Chevy 1/2-ton pickup frame and running gear. Over the years we have owned and worked on 8 different Willys vehicles. We are currently down to 4 vehicles. Damaged Merchandise:

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing materials and call the freight carrier. Ask them to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufacturer's Defects:

If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, call our Customer Service at (402) 421-7412 or email us at customerservice@willysoffroadsupply.com for instructions. Do not return items to us without first calling or emailing to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to a manufacturer's defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.

Return Merchandise Policy:

Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our Customer Service department. For questions about returning merchandise call Customer Service at (402) 421-7412 or email us at customerservice@willysoffroadsupply.com. The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur a 20% re-stocking fee at our discretion. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.

· Our primary goal is that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return the product in its original packaging within three weeks (21 days) of the original shipment date. We want you to become a lifetime customer because you know we treat you well.

· You can return any product at any time within the 21 day Satisfaction Guarantee period. If you want a different product, you must make a second purchase. We do not perform product exchanges, only refunds. You will receive a refund for the full price of the item. The item must be returned with the following:

- All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.)

- Original packaging in relatively new condition

- Original invoice or receipt

In some cases ther may be a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original invoice.

If a return is authorized by our Customer Service Department:

1. Return the item to the address given to you by our Customer Service Department.

2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.

3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our Return Department.

We will notify you via phone, mail, or email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment you used to make your purchase, within 14 to 21 business days of our receipt of your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

If the product has already been shipped you will have to handle it according to our Refund Merchandise Policy.

Due to restraints put on us by our distributors, we are sorry to say that we can not ship overseas.  Our market is limited to the USA & Canada. 

We uses suppliers that will drop ship directly to you our customers.  We do not know what warehouse they will ship out of or what shipping company they will use.  Therefore the shipping charges on your order are an estimate.  The actual shipping charge may be higher or lower.  We reserve the right to request payment if the actual shipping charge is greater than what was shown on the original invoice.  We do not find out what those charges until the supplier sends us their invoice. 

Pricing:

The price for an item on our site is the last know correct price.  It may not be correct.  As our distributors adjust their prices, they may not get the new prices to us in a timely fashion.  After we receive the new prices, we must then update each part that has changed.  That takes time, therefore during the interval between the time that our distributor updates their prices and we get ours changed, our prices will be wrong.  We therefore reserve the right to change the prices on an order accordingly.  In the case of large changes or big orders, we will try to contact the purchaser before sending the order.

The pictures used on our pages only represent the products, they may not be an exact image of the product.  Many generic pictures have been used as exact pictures are not available.
