Hi my name is Rob Wolfe. I was born in 1949 and have owned Willys/Jeep vehicles for over 35 years. My wife Sheri and I own Willys Off Road Supply Company. We have been selling used Willys/Jeep parts for the past 5 years as a hobby. We moved back to NE after being away for a few years and had more room for used parts, so we started collecting more vehicles to sell parts from. One thing lead to another and we decided in late 2001 to make a real business out of our hobby. We also decided that it would be a good idea to also offer new parts, so we started looking for suppliers. As we lined up suppliers for the new company, we got access to truck and SUV accessories and hunting & camping gear. We thought that those would be a good fit on our site because a lot of people that go Off Roading also hunt and camp and not all of them have a Willys or Jeep. Which brings us to the purpose of our site and our company motto: We will strive to find the best parts, accessories and gear at the best prices we can find. Our pricing structure is such that most new items will be at or near wholesale/jobber costs, saving you a great deal of money.

For items with IT- in the SKU

Damaged Merchandise:

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing materials and call the freight carrier. Ask them to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufacturer's Defects:

If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, call our Customer Service at (402) 421-7412 or email at customerservice@willysoffroadsupply.com for instructions. Do not return items to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to a manufacturer's defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.

Return Merchandise Policy:

Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise call Customer Service at (402) 421-7412 or email at customerservice@willysoffroadsupply.com and ask for our Return Department. The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur a 20% re-stocking fee at our discretion. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.

  • Our primary goal is that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return the product in its original packaging within three weeks (21 days) of the original shipment date. We want you to become a lifetime customer because you know we treat you well.

    You can return any product (excluding Used Willys parts) at any time within the 21 day Satisfaction Guarantee period. If you want a different product, you must make a second purchase. We do not perform product exchanges, only refunds. You will receive a refund for the full price of the item. The item must be returned with the following

        - All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.) 

        - Original packaging in relatively new condition 

        - Original invoice or receipt 

    Following the Satisfaction Guarantee period, products may only be returned for refund due to manufacturers defects for up to one year from the date of purchase.


    All returns must acquire a Return Authorization Number and Address. Contact customer service at (402) 421-7412 or email at customerservice@willysoffroadsupply.com to receive this return authorization information. Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the product according to the return information for a full refund.

 

If a return is authorized by our Return Department:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our Return Department.

  2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.

  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our Return Department.

We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment you used to make your purchase, within 14 to 21 business days of our receipt of your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Please note the following terms and conditions that you accept when ordering from us:

  1. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area.

  2. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors. We have done our best to ensure that all information on this site is accurate and up-to-date. Errors and omissions occasionally occur and are subject to correction. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

  3. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

Shipping:

Shipping charges are based on several factors which include: shipped-to location, shipped-from location, number of products per package, maximum package weight, breakdown of products ordered (necessary if the total weight exceeds maximum shipping weight). Additionally, some products have specific handling charges, while others fall under the blanket handling charge.

For items with WM- in the SKU

Product Returns/Refunds

You can return any product (excluding technical climbing gear) at any time within the 21 day Satisfaction Guarantee period.  If you want a different product, you must make a second purchase.  We do not perform product exchanges, only refunds.  You will receive a refund for the full price of the item. The item must be returned with the following

?         All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.)

?         Original packaging in relatively new condition

?         Original invoice or receipt

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
Products ordered from these locations will be sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Charges will be an additional $5.50 and products will be delivered within three business days. Saturday delivery is not available to these locations.

International Shipping
At this time we ship internationally only to Canada. We hope to offer an expanded delivery option in the future.  Canadian customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges on Canadian deliveries. Some products will not be able to be delivered to Canada.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
When you order multiple products from us you may receive the products in separate packages. We ship many of our products from different warehouses located throughout the United States.

These items are "Used" and are sold "As Is". We want satisfied repeat customers, so we try very hard to represent the condition of our used items as best we can. Shipping:

Many of these items are quite large and heavy.  They must be shipped via Greyhound or trucking firms.  In some cases we can deliver them to you.  Shipping charges will therefore be determined by how it is to be shipped, the size of the packaging, the item's weight after it has been packaged, and where it is to be shipped to.  The shipping charges will not show up when you check out.  They will be billed separately.  In the case of vehicles, a deposit of 10% of the sale price will be needed to have been received by us within 10 days of the sale to hold the vehicle until it can be picked up or delivered to you.  If you are interested in any of our Used Parts or Vehicles and would like to know the shipping charges before hand, please call (402) 421-7412 or email us at info@willysoffroadsupply.com .
